About the Role: We are hiring a dynamic Program Manager to design, execute, and scale D2C Insider’s flagship programs like Elevate, & other initiatives. You'll work closely with startups, mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners. Key Responsibilities: Build program collateral, communication plans, and reporting dashboards. End-to-end ownership of program planning, execution, and post-program evaluation. Liaise with startups, mentors, investors, and external partners to deliver high-impact sessions. Curate workshops, mentorship clinics, pitch practices, and demo days. Ensure high-quality experience for startups and stakeholders at every touchpoint. Continuously improve program design based on feedback and outcomes. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in program management, incubators, accelerators, or entrepreneurship support organizations. Strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills. Passion for entrepreneurship, startups, and innovation ecosystems. Creative problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. It is a 6-day working role. Show more Show less
